You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must notify fam888 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. fam888 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised use of your account where you have failed to take reasonable security precautions.
All deposits and withdrawals on the fam888 Platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). fam888 supports the following payment methods, subject to availability: Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank online banking, and Visa/Mastercard.
Players must use payment methods registered in their own name. Third-party deposits and withdrawals are not permitted. fam888 applies a general policy of returning withdrawals to the same payment instrument used for the most recent deposit, subject to technical constraints and anti-money-laundering (AML) compliance requirements.
Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are as displayed on the fam888 cashier page at the time of the transaction and may be updated from time to time. fam888 may impose withdrawal processing times and verification requirements. Standard withdrawal processing targets are published on the Platform and are indicative, not guaranteed.
Dormant accounts — defined as accounts with no login activity and no transactions for a continuous period of twelve (12) months — may be subject to an administrative dormancy fee as detailed in the Platform's fee schedule, applied monthly until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated.
fam888 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, reload offers, and other promotional incentives ("Promotions"). Each Promotion is subject to its own specific terms, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, expiry periods, and maximum withdrawal caps derived from bonus winnings. These terms are published at the time the Promotion is offered and form part of these Terms by incorporation.
Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and may only be withdrawn after the applicable wagering requirements have been fully satisfied. Real-money funds are used before bonus funds in all wagering. fam888 reserves the right to void bonus funds and associated winnings where a Player is found to have abused or exploited any Promotion, including through systematic bonus-hunting strategies or collusion.
fam888 reserves the right to amend, suspend, withdraw, or terminate any Promotion at any time and without prior notice. Where a Promotion has been offered in error or due to a technical fault, fam888 reserves the right to correct the error and recalculate affected balances.
All games offered on the fam888 Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible from within the game interface. In the event of any conflict between individual game rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail except where the game rules specifically address the matter.
Where a technical malfunction occurs during a game session — including but not limited to software errors, disconnections, or server failures — fam888 will use reasonable endeavours to reconstruct the affected game round from server logs. Where reconstruction is not possible, fam888 may void the affected round and refund the wagered amount to the Player's balance. fam888 will not be liable for any consequential losses arising from technical malfunctions.
All settled wagers are final. fam888 does not accept wager cancellation requests after a game round has commenced, except as required by applicable law or where fam888 determines in its sole discretion that an error has occurred.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the fam888 Platform and may result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and referral to relevant authorities:

You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the fam888 Platform without express prior written consent from fam888.
fam888 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the fam888 Platform, you acknowledge and consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

fam888's total liability to any Player in connection with any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
fam888 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Players access and use the Platform entirely at their own risk.
fam888 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered Players via the email address on file or by a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the amendments taking effect. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which fam888 is licensed and incorporated.
